Well I was mocking up my triangulated 4 bar rear set up and I mesured one side and then the other side of the axle and found that one side of the diff was linger than the other. the location I welded the top part of the 4 bar were at differant location, but the rear end is still plum...just wandring if that is normal...thanks

Actually the pinion is centered, hence the housing is offset. All 8" rear ends have centered pinions and offset housings.

Correct, they should be centered on the housing itself, but not in relation to the pumpkin.

Always looks "off" when the pinion is centered but the pumpkin isn't.
