Currently in the middle of the Superbowl 43 game I'm suprised how many current threads on page 1 and 2 thats been posted in the last 1 1/2 hrs...come on,we're guys right..we're supposed to like sports by default..right??Why are we on the hamb and or in our garages instead of being glued to the tv...which tells me I'm not the only one....I love hot rods and could care less about sports[hunting and fishing too] I tried hunting and fishing about 10-15 yrs ago and liked it,but it was to expensive,,,started cutting into my hot rod money.I never fit in to the "in"crowd in school because I wasnt into sports,I was into cars-that even followed me into my adult life. Not saying their wrong, dig what ever you like, just dont ask me what the scores were tomorrow morning, ask me what I got accomplished in the garage :D

The same here. Overhere in The Netherlands we have soccer. Whenever that crap is on tv and our national team is playing somewhere, the entire country is on hold it seems as everyone is clustered around the 'green' flickering image-box.
The only sports I care for are the ones where V8's roar fullthrottle for no more then 13 seconds... ;)

If a sport doesn't have the smell of race gas, methanol or nitro; I couldn't care less.

I prefer to watch sports where the athletes have balls instead of those that play with balls.

I'm kind of watching the game, but right now it's halftime, so I don't care for all the hooplah. I was born around the Pittsburgh area, so I'm cheering on the boys.

But yeah, cars mean so much more to me than sports.

  15. It's a pretty damn good game this time! So often the "Super" Bowl is anything but.

Spent this afternoon getting my son's new '68 Dodge van - it's sorta HAMB-friendly, as the body style started in 1964 and lasted to 1970. Pretty neat truck!

I could give a shit less about all the six hours of pre-game bullshit, I wanna watch the game! So, I did car stuff and game stuff today. Spending halftime with YOU guys!

Professional sports are only called professional because they are paid, not because they act that way. I'm professional, he's professional, wouldn"t you like to be professional to?
