    As usual, Dick is right on top of the situation.

    Reminds of years ago. My Dad was installing new wheel cylinders. He took each one apart and reassembled them. I questioned his reasoning. He replied, "I'm making sure they are done correctly". Must be he had a problem at one time and didn't trust the factory assembler with his and entire family life's.

    Those replacements gave us a headache too..... We ended up honing the old ones, and putting in the new pistons, and cups.
