Good info. As usual, Dick is right on top of the situation. Reminds of years ago. My Dad was installing new wheel cylinders. He took each one apart and reassembled them. I questioned his reasoning. He replied, "I'm making sure they are done correctly". Must be he had a problem at one time and didn't trust the factory assembler with his and entire family life's.
Those replacements gave us a headache too..... We ended up honing the old ones, and putting in the new pistons, and cups. 4TTRUK
