Hello,I have been looking at this wonderful site for years and some friends pushed me to start posting so here goes. I am finishing a black 48 chevy pu and recently purchased a 50 merc 2dr that put the 51 coupe deville on hold.I greatly enjoy customs and have started collecting parts for both.My son is into Willys and he has a 40 4dr.He has been gathering parts for a coupe conversion-he 9 and would like to finish about the time he can drive.I am also into sheet metal fab and have i p3 pullmax,and the other standard stuff required to build a body from scratch.Good day Russ

Hey Russ, welcome from Overland Park, Kansas. So what look are you shooting for on the Merc? Stallone's 50 merc from the Cobra movie is a great place to start. That's my project car on the left, with "fred flintstone floorboards". Perhaps we can talk sheet metal some time.
