Can anyone tell me if a 68 C6 tranny off a 360 will bolt up to my 64 390? Anyone done a similar swap? Pitfall, what else I will need to change? Potential C6 would be coming out of a truck. Any help would be greatly appreciated- thanks
Yes it will but you need to use the flywheel and starter too,you might want to use a 73 and up truck trans or 67 and up car since the 72 on back truck C-6 had a short shaft and a fixed yoke that wont slide and unless its going into a vehicle with a 2 piece driveshaft and wont work with a one piece shaft.
