Floor & subrails 35 ford convertible

Anybody have any experience replacing a floor and subrails on a 35 ford convertible ? Also cowl & quarter patches and a hacked up firewall and the door bottoms. How much bracing is needed and what's the place to start ?

 

There must be some pic threads on 35/36...maybe not conv, but at least some coupes.

Also, more people read the hamb during the day than at night, so you may get answers later.
