Flathead lifters

    I was wodering if anybody could tell me where to find stock style lifters for a flathead . I did try to search for them on here but all I could find were adjustables. Thanks Greenracer

    macs had them in stock last I checked for 32-48's. If you can't find any PM me, I have a couple sets in storage. Would need to be checked and resurfaced probably.

    Thanks for the info guys. I have a few sets of used ones I could use but would like to find a new set if possible. who resurfaces them that a guy could trust if I cant find any new ones.

    Doesnt look like Macs has any but Dick Spadaro might . Have to wait till monday to find out. Anyone else have any ideas.

    I had mine resurfaced at a local shop, the guy did a real nice job for $3.50 each I think it was or maybe it was $3.00. Try www.vintage-ford.com, their catalog shows them in stock 32-48. Or www.dennis-carpenter.com has the 49-53, don't know which year you are looking for.

    Could also check with your local Ford tractor dealer for 9N/2N/8N parts, but the tractor lifter is heavier - or so I hear.

    Check with Joblot in NY - they might have some.

    Or you could put some Johnson's in...
