    belt recert time..........uggggg same belts 120 bucks later........not to mention what ya spend on the lap harness every 2 years.....................

    Better to find it like that than having it come apart in the traps.

  23. Well got a start on repairs and modifications to flex plate and converter nuts......... and da beat goes on an on an on an on

  24. Hey Carl - how will you know that the faces of these nuts are all at the same depth and correctly centered as compared to the converter centerline? Just wondering how you managed to "true" everything? If it isn't true, can sure cause some issues . . .

    When I saw the photos of the bolt failure I wondered what you were going to do to keep it from happening again. Now I know. Your abilities never cease to amaze me.
     
  27. Well got the nutz done now to put it all back together again, first had to make an adapter to mount flex plate to turntable, 20180825_193224[1].jpg 20180825_193340[1].jpg 20180825_195311[1].jpg

    Then center it all up.................

    Then after taking numerous measurements to locate all holes exactly viola...........

    After 8 hrs labor......
    Now on to bigger and better things I hope!!!!!!
    Tis da shits when your an ol fart and cheap...........................
