Got an old Finned Aluminum Brake Drum here... not sure of the make or model or what it fit. The diameter is 15 inches from side to side. It's looks to be a 5 inch bolt pattern. CFD-7 is cast in the front.

Any ideas on this? Do you think it'd be worth anything to someone putting an old Street Rod / Muscle Car together?

Thanks for any info, and good advice (or good jokes) will get a 'like'.

    1965-1970 Buick full-size.

Nowhere near as desirable as the earlier 45-fin ones.

Not worth a ton of money to a traditional rod builder.

Not as valuable as the 45 fin drums but still desirable drum for some. Value would be in the $100 -125 range if not turned over .060.

  8. The 90-fin is less desirable than the 45-fin, but that still has value if the internal iron liner is good shape and good dimensions. Used in mid-late 60's Buicks as gimpy suggested.
