I have a O/T project that I have been on and off several times. Yesterday got me to another frustrating spot........I actually thought about giving up. As a matter of fact, I had just about decided to do so. This morning I was going through some old threads. I found my inspiration. I miss this kid, He STILL is a true inspiration. Just thought I should point this out for you new guys
I remember reading about him. I had to piece the story together from difference threads. That brought the best outta this forum. -Same as the hamber who sadly passed away in Az and u guys drove your cars in his honor. -everyone lending a hand to breeder, tuck, that lady in so Ca,the hamber with a 53f100 in NorCa where some hambers helped him get his truck running before he sadly passed away, people sending money and parts to sandiegohighwayman before it all turned into a blur and theres others threads where makes this place so inspiring.
Andy was such a cool kid and it's hard to believe he left us 6 years ago,but while his life was cut short he made a huge impression on many of us. The kid gave us more than we could ever teach him. HRP
I've said it time and again, yes this place is about the cars for sure, but this community (the HAMB) is really about the people. Without the folks on here, the cars would really be meaningless. Thanks, John, for reminding us just how much Andy meant to all of us. He will still be inspiring others when all of us are long gone.
It was so cool for Andy to see one of his life's dreams become a reality. People like him make a person realize how fragile life is. Try to have fun. Life IS short, even if you make it to geezer.
