It has been a long time coming, but I am performing the final assembly on my 29 project. I'll try and include a few pics.[IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

Been stuck in the doctors offices all morning, with nothing to do. So I'm posting with my phone, kind of a pain in the ass.

Cool little roadster! Hope you have a blast driving it! I like your exhaust cutouts by the way. Simple but effective!

Thanks to everyone for the kind words. I have truly enjoyed working on this old car, and now that it is up and running again, I hope I can put many miles on it. My wife has been struggling with cancer for the last two years, and that means I don't get too far from the house. It has been great therapy for me, to be able to walk out to the barn when time permits, and immerse myself in this project. Sunday and Monday were really great weather days here and we were able to take a couple shakedown runs in her, big smiles on both our faces. Again thanks for the complements, they are much appreciated.

Great roadster, the pics with the hood on it really makes it look clean and smooth.

Thanks, and I agree. I have decided to leave the hood pieces off for the time being, until I obtain a little more confidence in the car. It has really been running nice, but there have been a few issues with the carbs and such. Just need to get everything dialed in.

Just found this thread, and your roadster came out looking great. Glad to see that, and to hear you both are enjoying. More prayers and best wishes sent your way.

Sorry to report that the wife lost her battle with cancer Wednesday last week. She fought a valiant fight, and for the most part we enjoyed the last two years. She passed at home surrounded by her loved ones.

Thanks to everyone who expressed their thoughts and prayers.
