1941 Oldsmobile as is the one behind it Fender looks to be a mid 50s GM with Oldsmobile wrapping. No portholes, so not Buick. 1955 Oldsmobile 88, other years & bodies had circular park lamps in fender under headlamp. Gravel tray looks to be early 40s GM, could be 41 Olds as it's very similar to my 1946 Olds or Mopar. Looks to be 1946-48 Oldsmobile 98 4 door sedan 1946-48 Oldsmobile 76 or 78, same as my 1946 sedanette Looks to be 1941 Olds 76 or 78 (B-body) going by belt molding holes and style, sedanette or coupe. Fender caps came in 1942, the door then had different pressings on lower front corner. Could suit smaller 66 (A-body)? These fenders look to be 1949 Oldsmobile Futuramic fenders, length would dictate which body This hoods looks to be 49 Olds Futuramic, length would dictate which body It's marked Cad 57 but looks to be 1957 Oldsmobile. Cadillac had a peaked pressing that extended from headlamp trim down the side of body and not seen on this fender. Not Chevrolet or Buick, I can't see 3 x flutes plus leading edges are different and no portholes (3 or 4) Looks GM ish, what's the shape of the top edge? Also is that a roadster trunk lid? These look to be 49 Oldsmobile Futuramic 4 door sedan fenders Look to be 49/50 Mopar; Plymouth, Dodge, Chrysler, Desoto
Looks to be 1936 Dodge humpback panel 1955 Cadillac Fleetwood 75 Limousine? Can you show the inner fender mounting surface and lower edge where fender attaches to running board?
the first pics, blue doors/hood look like 53-4 Olds car stuff,..one of the last pics looks like 46-8 Plymouth rear fender, white trunklid looks like 39-40 Ford...jus guessin..
Just imagine how much other car parts are stashed away and will eventually become part of an estate sale. Sad.
You could be correct, I'm definitely no expert. I just had some spare time on my hands being semi-retired and used Dr. Google. That later hood does look more bulbous so I stand corrected. Both have similar globe (Earth) style hood emblems. I'm aware of the differences in length of front sheet metal, hoods and fenders based on models. They may look the same initially however they won't interchange. Possibly correct, I know that bulge at the back indicates 41s, on later 46-48s it wasn't there as the corner was rounded. I've not seen any 42s without rear fenders for comparison however I now know that they're in the mix. You learn something new every day, thanks. I'm sure there's others out there with more knowledge who can chime in.
The white lid with the primer spot is a 39-40 Ford sedan trunk lid. If there are two small holes about a foot above the handle holes, then it I see for a 40 only, not 39. That would be where the small rectangle badge would go.
the 55 Olds frt fender that m.Stumpy identified looks to have had its headlight surround cut off to use on a custom
