Some rumors going around about several hot rods being ticketed in Mass for no fenders.

The story goes, several hot rods without fenders were stopped, as they were leaving Cirreli's cruise, a week ago in Middleboro Mass. The law was changed in 2001 to include 1949 and newer, must have fenders, if they were equipped with them from the manufacturer. I was just wondering if anyone was there that night and saw it go down. No second hand reports, please.

  3. Paul, We are not required to have fenders on any prior 1948 Street rod.
Only glitch in the new rulling is we cant drive 'em anymore.

Thank you Factory 5 and our "friends" at SEMA.
