I am considering Fatman Fabrication's tubular control arms for my '59 Ford Ranch Wagon. Does anybody have any before and after experiences with these regarding ride and handling improvements? I am wondering if they are worth the cost. I am also planning on installing RideTech Shockwaves as a replacement for the spring & shock.

I get the impression they were originally developed due to clearance issues with the Borgeson power steering box conversion, but other geometry improvements were also engineered into the tubular control arms as well.

Funny, I have installed the Borgeson unit and have no interference issues with the stock upper control arms.

Anyways, any advice, opinions, and experience with these tubular control arms is appreciated.
