That is the koolest thing I've seen in awhile. Makes me miss my 61 Bird. Can we get a full shot of the car?

i think you scared him off. i've got a friend who whenever i do or make something cool he'll say, " oh you did what i said" or " you took my advice". drives me nuts. some people like to attach them selfs to sucess,or just someone who's getting something done. those shapes you did are super unique.

  7. this is also what i was thinking lol when i posted earlier, im glad im not the only one

That first layout was with no thought, just kind of sketching. I've been studying design and am starting to form a manifesto of good design involves repetition and asymmetry, at least design I like. Even thinking of Watsons paint schemes, they were often repetition of existing body lines etc. Anyhow, I normally try to involve some line or something you can pick up subconciously in layouts like these, With this I used the line from the rear wheel opening for the stop points of the spears, for example on rogers 54 the angle of the tail light lens is the reversed angle of the 49 over rider on the rear bumper. Plus, Looking at Howard Gribbles photos from 65 or so, which is really the earliest I've seen antenna configurations like this, They were laid out with the first one lower like this. It just added up.

Over explanation, lol. Wow, thanks for the compliments everyone! Means alot! :)

Works well with the lines of the car. Maybe not so well on a 30's or 40's model. Great work and great eye. Outside the box.

Star Trek is good, too. And think, this car would have been on the road as a custom around the time the original show was on the air. Just keep it away from Shatner.

star trek mixed with vag would be tops! Throw in a warrior troll with scarred leather battle gear wealding a mace sitting on a rearing unicorn with fire shooting out of its nostrils and you would be a custom god.....

Naw not really......innovative work....I like it.

The name of the T-Bird should be the Star Vagina

    That is incredibly Gorgeous!
I question the location. The antennas may be easily broken off, something as simple as catching on a shirt sleeve.
Did you consider making them at an angle sloping back? Maybe the next ones?

Yep, really really nice execution & style but I to question the placement, guess I should hold judgment till the Bird is all done..............
