Anybody else camping out at the Drag Strip for the Hot Rod Reunion?

Thought about it. Unfortunately, I'm having some valve issues with my truck that might not be fixed in time for the event.

Post pics if you end up going, Kern County has a cool hot rod scene.

I always do. Look for the RV in avatar. Biggest Party on the spectator side. Seafood Boil Friday nite. 10 gallon margarita machine running.

hey john did you get my email, will try and look you up on Friday at reunion. 3rd trip for me, coming with friends, sure looking forward to it! also getting together with the fence crows on the pit side.

The ORIGINALS Hot Rod Club UK are coming over for the event, but we are staying in Bakersfield near the double tree. Cant wait

Just finished fabrication of Roughneck Seafood Boiler. Complete with derrick lights.
Will be rigged up at Famoso

 

Hope they get great weather for the event.

I know someone from Pittsburgh is heading out with their front engine dragster.
