Maybe some flames again
Really like the stance and the hoods over the tail lights look killer. Its fun to come up with different ideas, but sometimes its hard to get them to flow, looks like ya did a good job so far
Hey! damnit! im at a loss for words....really liking it, dual quads on 49 to 57 cars are one of my fave mods.
On a side note, i'd kill someone to have a girlfriend that can weld better than me...and lookin good doin it
yea ms metal can out weld and out fabricate us all! her husband Justin is one lucky dude. And i lucky to have them both as such great friends. I couldnt have gotten all this done so fast and sooo nice without there help
Much, much better...I like it alot, great job!!
coming out great! can't wait to see it finished!
Great progress, has that old school look to it now, I like the side spear elimination as well.
Looking so good, love quads!
the 40 lights were not good
Lookin damn good.
I can't wait to get the other headlight in. Then some secret frenched antennas n shaved gas cap
And maybe a 58 impala type scallop on the roof above the rear window maybe some hood nostrils I don't know yet. Oh n shaved handles
I just got the new Traditional Rod and Kulture mag and the pileup coverage has a few of the cars youve painted.
Thanks man I just picked one up today too 2 out of the 8 cars I had my hands on hahaha
looks awsome.keep it up
nice face lift! looks killer! lots of work man!
Right on time. Have a customer looking for this tail light treatment, right now.
But theyre saposed to be one of a kind hahaha
huge improvements! always liked your car but hated those headlights. always thought they drew your eyes away from all the nice work. nice job.
[well to be technical its a 40s car being that its a 49]
Okay, you got me...but I think you know what I ment...and yes , its still a good build.
Awesome work mate, keep the pics coming.
Thanks n I should have some updates this weekend
I really like the direction you are going with the car...Glad to see you getting right on that 2 link, If I had won, Id probably still be sitting on it!
If you go with the '55 Pontiac side trim, try to get the Chieftan side spears, they work as-is, the Starchiefs are too long and will have to be shortened. I ended up combining 2 door pieces per door so the horizontal spears would sit lower on the side of the car, instead of running right into the stock windsplits, ya just gotta mess with it to get it where you want. The trim fits the contour of the Shoebox nicely.
Thanks. I got some pontiac trim already its pretty long I just gotta shorten some stuf buy itll work great. That 2 link was nice but the notches were a bitch to put in with the body on. But in the end a sweeet kit im super stoked
Just saw this thread today, great job cant wait to see it finished, shit can that lady weld. Very Nice. Larry
Cool work, it's looking good.
