F-1 Steering colum and box

I have 2 F-1 Steering box's one is good turns smooth. $200

the other one will need a rebuild as it was in a truck and the engine/engine compartment had a fire, I think the seals will need replacing. I think it had a little bit of water in it along with some grease/oil afterward from sitting out. $75 there is still grease and oil on the outside of it so I don't think it got super hot or the grease on the outside of the box would have been totally burned off?
