Ever seen this car??

I've been wanting to build a Track T for quite some time; ever since I saw the Victoria Speedway Special at Seriouus wheels; does anyone know who has this car or where it might be from...I'd sure like to ask the owner a few questions.

this one? Looks all store bought to me... just my opinion.

 

Store bought Maybe!!!! But; I like the look and would love to see it up close...anyway, it would give me some ideas for my 'not so store bought version'.
