If you have, post some pics.
Been trying to find some and figure out just how hard of a chop it would be, but all I can seem to find online is diecast models

I'm wondering about the windshield, too.
Trying to figure out how much to take out and how big of a deal it will be.
Considering buying a junk 53 vert with all the vert parts, then turning the 53 2 door hard top no post into a chopped vert.

But I don't want it to be a $20K project that takes 5 years.

That red one doesn't look chopped. Is it?

Someone post more Pics, Ok ?
  7. I think maybe recontouring the top bows to lower the crown would be adequate......its already chopped 2" from the factory[from a sedan height].......

don't know if it would work on a 53, but I saw where a guy chopped his convertible by lowering the whole top mechanism into the body rather that cutting the top bows

Years ago Kenny Bernstein showed up at Indy with a red, chopped, 54 Convert. It was awesome! Like to know what ever happened to it.
