I have '53 hudson hornet and been working on it for way to long!!
Finaly i get some help from a guy that got grease under his nails since birth.
He drives an amazone as daily for 9 years now, swapt the original engine for a V6 and don't give a shit about the volvo purists that say to him that amazones are not made to drive faster than 100 miles/hr
At 13 years old he had pre war Panter motorbike, and at 16 he was the sidecar partner from his brother riding a homebuilt Norton.

Anyway he's a great guy for sure and i think he's a true hotrodder in his own way!!
He's helping me out to overhaul my hudson 308 engine.
The complete engine is stript down and i have all necessary measures.
I want to order a complete overhaul kit but the only thing i find is "Kanter
    auto products"
Are there more company's like this or is this it??
    Thanks in advance!!
    Chico

Egge in California has any engine part you might need.

Got some of my engine parts from Clifford Performance in So Cal. Jack Clifford owned the company, but it has been taken over. They might be able to help out on some of the exotic parts such as Oil pump gears.

I'm thinking that Kanter and Egge are probably your two main sources for engine parts for that Hudson.
Northern auto parts doesn't show anything for Hudson and the year limit seems to be 1962 for other cars.
