Features EL Camino and Ranchero picture thread

typo41 it isn't an El Camino but I'm ok with it being posted here. I think they can pass as a (maybe distant) cousin. Related no matter how you look at it.

I had a quick look and didn't find a thread dedicated to Ute's. I'll admit I'm not the best at conducting searches. So maybe someone should start a Ute thread. Provided their being imports or sort of foreign doesn't preclude them as being outside the criteria on the HAMB.

Mines nothing special really... but I've been getting bugged to post over to this thread...
I bought this running but in need of fixing 1960 for my 60th birthday... last spring ( we were both born in 1960... not sure yet if the car or I am in better shape )... did a few things to it while cruising it last year... I'm redoing the box this year...

replaced the non original & too small seat that was in it when I bought it, to this proper sized custom leather bench seat, from Cerullo in California last year, as well as replaced the factory rear window for a tinted one, & built this rear custom window shelf which was missing when I bought it... perfect fit, the seat reclines under / past the window shelf if desired

350... 5 Speed... GM 12 Bolt... 4 wheel drilled disks, Air Conditioning

I think I looked at that burgundy one on line, & contacted the seller, before I bought my black one... or at least one that looked very similar... think these are the same cars... appears I saved a picture, as I drooled on this one for quite a while...

 

Been drooling on this picture lately... I don't think this car is in this thread yet... anyone ever seen this one, or know anything about it??? think it's a 60 wagon, with some El Camino parts grafted onto the wagon at the back door...
