What is or who makes the best EFI wiring harness for a Ford 86 302 aod out of a thunderbird I am not real sharp on fi electrical so I am hoping to keep it simple I do not want to use the original harness as it is 25 Years old & guessing might have problems after removing for the old rig. Any thoughts or suggestions.

EFI isn't traditional, so you're not likely to find a good answer here. My TBI swap is using the original Chevy harness from an '89; nothing was wrong with it when I took it apart, wiring doesn't generally wear out.
Get the Ford Motorsports efi harness. its as simple and easy as you can get. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/FMS-M-12071-A50/ You should also do a MAF conversion while your at it. Kits are available for this as well.
