It certainly looks like Chevy 216. It also looks like a very early version, maybe even pre-WW II.

    That didn't take long.:D
I concur with HEATHEN. Looks to be pretty early, and for a 216. Not to mention "collectable".

I have a later model Edmunds that fits 216/235/261(for sale) http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=666816&highlight=chevy+235

Seems like the 216 has smaller ports(?) as the align. sleeves are too small for my 235, when I tried replacing mine. Are the ports on the end for vacuum, or is a coolant passage?

My vacuum was on the face of the manifold, and there are separate coolant passages on the ends.

not 216/235. Maybe olds or pontiac 6? Spacing is a bit wider.

Oldsmobile sixes had different mounting flanges, and Pontiac sixes had four intake ports.

Looks pretty similar to my Studebaker Commander one, but not an exact match.

I just measured my Ellis 216 and it is the same, if your measurements are center to center, and the port diameter is 1.5 outside ring. My Howard GMC is approx 1 inch longer.
