On the top of the blower intake there are four allen screws just below the blower base in each corner of the intake. What are these for, is there water in that area as I have one in the drivers side, forward end that is wet and it is loose. Thanks for any help.

I just went out to the garage to look at my B&M manifold to refresh my memory, and.... no allen bolts. I used allen head pipe plugs in the water passage but it sounds like you are describing something different. Pictures would be helpful.

Here are two pics of the screws or pipe plugs, is there water under these screws that could cause me getting a water spray on my windshield? Thanks for any help.

Here is a picture of the plugs on a B&M 144 blower manifold before the blower is bolted on.

Those plugged holes are not into any water jacket.

Just looked at mine and it doesn't have those holes.

Pressure test the coolimg system and look for leaks.

Good advice on the pressure test.
See post 6 for info on plugged holes.

Those are the same plugged holes that I have and you are correct that I will have to pressure check the system as the leak won't reveal its self any other way. I have replaced all the hoses and water outlet, sent the radiator to Walker twice even though I did have a leak and the second time back was to replace the filler neck which had two cracks in it. The leak is pretty small now as there isn't many droplets on the glass now as before. I can't thank you all enough for the help.
