econoline headlight bezels

i picked up a set of econoline headlight bezels because i thought they would look pretty cool on my chevy truck im chopping them down 4 and 1/4 inches i have one done so i took a comparison picture just wondering what you guys think has anyone seen this done before im thinking of using the grilles in them for a ram air type setup and maybe mounting the turn signal lights back in there too

I think it was Jeem that used them in his Chevy pickup a couple of years ago, but his weren't cut down like that. Pretty cool! Photos are on the HAMB somewhere.
