Ebay Steering columns

This is my first post, so excuse me if it's in the wrong section. Has anyone used one of those "ididit" or "Flaming river"" knock off's from ebay? I have a 55 ford f100 and have been shopping for steering columns. I like the column shifter, tilt, and don't care about key or no key. Don't really wanna drop $600 for the fancy ones.... Thx for the advice
