Is there anyone out there that makes alternator and power steering brackets for an early (1962) Pontiac 389 motor? I'm stuck and my search has turned up nothing so far...

  2. I will have to look, but might actually have at least the power steering brackets off a 63 Catalina with a 389 if that might work?

  4. I will try to remember to see if I have it. Shoot me a pm in a few days if you don't hear from me. ;)

  5. You can put an alternator on the generator bracket with a spacer on the lower bolt, have seen it done.

They came stock with power steering, so that bracket should be easy to come by.

Worst case, a swap to a newer front cover should allow use of most any Pontiac bracket on there.
