KC, those are some very fine lines!

my GF is trying to learn to stripe, she's not doing half bad (she's got a natural artistic talent, it seems to be comming along nicely) but I have to keep cracking the whip to get her practicing lol

I'm not very good with the airbrush so...
Sorry it did not scan so well, it has a fairly textured top clearcoat on it.

Also I am sorry but I am pretty sure I messed up some of my old art posts when I moved some of my
Photobucket files to a new folder. So if you see some red X's in some of the old archives , Im sorry.
I think from now on I will do it this way with both a embeded image and a Photobucket version.

I did this for my buddies speed shop, his car on what is supposed to look like a beat up old comic book. Done in pencil crayon.

The skulls in the background disappear and reappear,

  19. Great start meteor!
Here's a few to get me through.
Some more quick study sketches, something a little different, just to mix
    things up a bit.
(Don't feel like you're alone on that Photobucket thing there, LowCab. I did the same thing 3 weeks into posting my stuff.)

  21. Well, your stuff's looking pretty killer too. Thanks for the props. That's the only one of the three that had much thought behind it. I'm glad you like.

Thought this was a good time to make a first post on here, as the piece below is based on a photo I found here on the HAMB a while ago by Jack Criswell. Added a little pinstriping and lettering just for fun, but it still looks kind of boring with nothing going on in the background, but now I know that till the next time I paint something similar. All 1-Shot on canvas.<O:p</O:p

I’m really amazed by the talent that’s shown in these Friday art show threads and will from now on try to post new stuff when I got something worth showing, great work everyone.<O:p</O:p

" Janne's stuff is, as usual, top drawer. (So how do you pronounce your name phonetically? [Man, that's too big a word for me.)]"

Jigger, I forgot to answer to this one last week. Well, I don't know how I should write down pronouncing tips. I even asked from couple of my friends.:) Maybe something like Ianne?

Zombie thanks for the compliment. I have always enjoyed your artwork. What are you using as a base to draw on? Is it a art board or paper stock or ??

Meteor... WOW!!! That's killer!! What IS your technique?!
Gary, as always, stellar work... Janne, man... you just keep climbing higher on that pedastal I have you on! Bones, amazing, quality work! KC, SWEET work!! Lowcab, you nailed that deco-era look!! Jigger, LOVE IT!!! MORE!!!
...and Zombie, man... mere words fail to describe what you do.
I'm nursing a dislocated knee, and the hospital time took away from studio time, so I've got one I did for R&C (phantom Olds), and something slightly different ('74 Road Runner)....

    Great show so far everyone.

Well, this particular piece is a combination of ink, watercolour and photoshop. It is a limited edition Giclée art print on canvas.

    Thank you.

Jigger love the sketches, esp. the third one - nice work as always.

Thanks Zombie, I'm a huge fan of your work - love the devil bike.
