Thanks for the pics! The green and white Ford wagon you pictured belongs to Paul Aldrich of the "Ty- Rods" cc , Mass. Paul is one of the official " keepers of the flame" restoring early area race cars, and sharing endless info on hot rodding in New England.

Had a great day at the swap meet in Fitchburg today. Lots of stuff to see. Thanks Patmanta for listing Hamb vendors by space numbers. I was able to meet a few of the guys!

I was there from 7-12 and didn’t buy one car part. Something must be wrong ...I’m headed to the ER now. I hope the nurse doesn’t have cold hands.

Got to meet Greaser and 33 and a 1/3 Ted. I was alone so I didn’t get to do much walking around. NED next weekend, not setting up just looking for more STUFF.

Thanks for the pics Mark. Looks like a great swap with lots of interesting cars to look at also.
Those 36 spare tire rings wouldn't last long here in Oz where hi-boys have to run cycle fenders.

How much was on the 32-5 with the Nailhead as I liked that one a lot?

Thanks also to you Stooge as you got different cars to those that Mark shot.

Not a bad day at all. Sold some stuff (not as much as I liked too but that’s life) I did get to see a lot of friends and familiar faces. I picked up this super nice 57 Criss Craft wheel that came off the 32 Tudor that was parked across from my spot

Yep, nice day with great turnout. Got some good exercise walking the lanes, but came home with nothing. Didn't really need anything though as I was just looking for just-in-case spares. What I really need is the UPS guy to show up with my pistons, rings, heads, head bolts and rod and main bearings!

as far as the weather, i overheard this from a fellow as he and his buddies walked by: "it's not cold enough, to be cold. it's not warm enough, to be warm......."

Maybe so, but we TALKED about car parts, so, you can't be all THAT sick!

It was great seeing everybody. I'm going to try and make NED this weekend too.

I'm still in search of a 28/29 A cab, but I picked up some parts doors and a hood from my fellow HAMBers, and scored an early QC center that wes made in Springfield, MA out of an early Ford center section, the name slipped my mind, but I was just talking with Richie Willet about them not 5 minutes before I found this one hiding under a table. I was so jazzed about it that I forgot to take pictures!

  26. That is Bob Hemsted from about 30 miles east of me just south of Albany N.Y.

I had a three and a half hour drive to @OLDTINPUSHER's. Then helped him unload and drove another 45 minutes to get home, but it is worth it!

I get more tired from driving then I ever do from work.

On a side note everyone on the Mass-Pike was F#ckin nuts!

I'm from New York so I'm usually going to bed at 6:00 AM  Did not sleep at all the night before (my back was in agony :() and I made it til 9:00 PM Sunday. Had my back brace on all day but still collapsed twice on the field (back spasms). Thanks to the woman who helped me up the first time. Don't worry, the second time I hit the runway so hard I bounced up to a kneeling position and just played it off as planned

Had a great time and put a lot of faces to H.A.M.B handles. :)
