Early 49-51 Chevy Tradistional Custom ID help

    Does anyone have any more info on this as far as builder, owner?
    Also any more pics? preferably a side profile?

    It is featured in the first year of Hop Up magazine, but I am at work and can't recall any of the info except that the owner/builder believed it to be the first or second chopped '49 Chevy. I believe the car is actually red?

    Yep. Love that car. It was originally painted yellow with a purple top.

    There was a good article written maybe a year or more ago, about the car and the builder Link Paola. Funny story about Spence driving his brand new Chevy that Link switched the body from a Fleetline to a Coupe, and Spence driving it around for a long time without windows and stuff. Can't remember where I read it, or who wrote it. But, I think Spence wrote it.

    Anybody remember the article? Where it was published?
