Event Coverage Eagle Field Fresno Dragways Reunion Runway Drags May 18th 2013

Rocky, I won't be able to make it, however one of my cars will. Jim Lindsay is putting the finishing touches on this one, he is running a 300" Ford. His Brother Bob is planning on bringing his Y-Block Dragster, with the injected engine, maybe a match race with mctim64 will be in order. Do you think Tim would share one of those "Blondes" with Bob, for the "Starting Line Show", would make quite a photo op, don't you think?

 

Just talked to Bob this morning. You bet there will be a match race! I think his car has a bit of an advantage over mine but I have home field, we'll see. And of course one of my girls will back him up. Should make for some great pix!

Packing up the mobile Sons of Sanford clubhouse for a trip down Saturday.
I've been to the last 3 meets and had an AMAZING time each trip.
Looking forward to seeing some old friends and meeting some new ones.

 

Went last year. It was great. Going again Saturday.
