E-loc out bolts?

Any of you ever have to have bolts E-loc out of heads ?
How much a bolt is it about?

 

I have had that done but as a last resort if you have any part of bolt sticking above casting try welding on a tab or something and wrench it out. The guy I've used in past always tries everything else first but if bolt is broken he will use elox. My guy runs a welding shop not an engine shop same results just doesn't charge as much. think last time I had it done on sprint car head he only charged me 20 bucks!
