Has anyone used one of these. Label says it is a dust and fume extractor. Welding fumes??? I put in an air conditioned room in my shop and have been looking for a welding fume extractor. I don't want to exhaust to the outside as that would defeat the purpose of a/c. This one looks like it has never been used. I can get it for $400.
That looks like what you would use to suck up saw dust from a saw or planer. I have one in my wood shop only smaller. I don't see how that would do anything for fumes other then filtering the solids out of the air with the bags. It's just a giant shop vac.
