dumb paint question

    I have come by a small quanity of paint (20 gallons) from Tractor Supply co. It takes for ever to harden and dry is their anything I can do to speed up drying or harden. This is not on a car or any thing nice just work trailers and outside equipment. Thank You for any help..

    Stuff called JAPAN DRIER. Might work. Try local house paint store or hardware store. [​IMG]
     
  3. I'm guessing you have some sort of enamel.You could use 1-Shot hardener to make it set up quicker and harder.Or any hardener used for automotive paints.

    'Probably a synthetic enamel paint. Go to an autobody supply, and ask for a hardener for "Dulux", if they carry Dupont paint.
     

  5. any enamel hardener should work. If you have a NAPA close by, ask for 8850 or 8870.
