Forgive my ignorance on mechanical aspects of Model-As...

    Will a V8 torque-tube bolt onto a Model-A transmission?

Will the V8 driveshaft fit in the Model-A U-joint?

    TIA

U-joints--fit. Some Model A's had riveted strap joints, generally considered junk. V8 Forged one fits.
Torque tube fits, but needs outer bell replaced with Model A one as bolt pattern is different. This is sounding like an odd combo, or maybe an old circle track car??

Well I've seen a few Model A rear ends bolted up to later transmissions, so it stands to reason it would work the other way around.

Torque tube bell would be same, but as Bruce said, clamshell bit would need to be Model A. They look like a V8 piece but have six bolts. Think I have an extra if you need it. Just let me know.
