freakin awesome man!
Man! I love hanging out here, watching REAL craftsmen create whatever the hell they want! Makes me feel like I've been accepted into a very exclusive club, able to watch how it's done.
It just gets wilder and wilder. You are the man Dave!!!!!
Love the shifter and how you modded it, I have same one.....
Dave, sorry, I should have said similar shifter, yours is way freaking better!!!
Thanks, I have enjoyed making every part............yours looks sharp as well..........I have way too much time in mine......still need to figure out nuetral safety and reverse loc-out..........
WHAT'S BEEN UP WITH THE TRUCK LATELY?
I think I see a little nick in the corner of that one frame rail............oh, wait, that is a speck of dirt on my computer screen ! Nope, your car is perfect !
Just gets better every day. Incredible workmanship.
Littleman! You kill me brother! Awesome work, very inspiring
I have only drove it a handful of times since retired from the track........it has a 377 in it now and a slightly more friendly stall speed........I hope to drive it more this year.......The 355 that was in it is going into the Henry J..........Littleman Dave
Will you be coming back to Bowling Green to the Hot Rod Reunion with the Henry J
Neat little car, if I found one that nice I would have to drug it to get it home myself. A lot like any old girl that is worth looking at ( other then my wife, which I will never understand.)
So what's wrong with the axle? message me or I will message you or check your messages or, ah hell lets chat. I need an axle.
Damn, you buy a perfectly good car and throw half of it away with a holesaw...
now if there was only a way to "dimple die" all those holes
Like to drill holes do ya!! Looks real nice Dave, thats a lot of work!
I think you missed a spot where you could have drilled another hole, maybe even 2 more.
I am not done making holes just yet...............
How much weight do you think you have lost with all the great looking lightning holes? HRP
Outstanding craftsmanship, I like all the holes, de-burring them is no fun. Please keep the updates coming
Excellent craftsmanship, you should be proud. Looking forward to watching this build.
Almost 8 pounds total from the doors and the rear panel so far..........I just shaved another 12.6 pounds off the front frame, by replacing the front cross member and removing a little over 3'' of frame...............I really should have built a new frame for this car and not messed with squaring it up ect...........The car is no longer what I drug home........I wish I never drug it home, it totally derailed me and my other midengine project and other projects.........Now I can't even try to sell this one...nobody will fit it now.....ha ha
Littleman (dave), Brain Bass, and Cody Walls... Making regular hambers look like hacks.
I vote for this as understatement of the century................. rum cake my ass, you sir are one of the finest craftsman I have ever seen.....................
even if it has valve covers!!!
I know it's not finished yet but that first shot reeeeealy needs to be put in the drag car interior thread too--lov'n it.
