    There's one in Tulsa Ok. The Admiral Twin, just re-opened after a fire. Went this past Saturday night with the wife an boys. It's about 45 minutes from Muskogee but well worth the trip. We put lawn chairs and bean bags in the back of the truck.

    There's one in Shelbyville,IN. It should be opening soon for the season. Sometime in May.

    Honor , Mi (west of Traverse City) has one.
     
  10. As I understand the story the Panther drive in theater in Lufkin, TX was the largest ever with a capacity for 3,500 cars. I remember seeing the huge black panther painted on the backside of the screen when visiting relatives in Lufkin. I doubt if it is still in operation though.

    There is one in Barstow Calif. Stopped there on way home from Viva just cuz.
    The back seat of a 55 Chevy not near as big as they used to be ;)

  20. I used to have a set of lights from the Starlight in Hamilton over the boardroom table in my office.

    The Starlight Six in Atlanta is a great old drive-in. Lotsa good time there.

    Valley Drive In, Auburn, Wa. six screens...The place is huge!
     
  26. Galaxie in Ennis Tx, 4 or 5 screen ,and the Brazos in Granbury Tx.
     
  27. Ours was on Highway 29 North, at the foot of Wahoo Hill. Now its a high dolla subdivision full of the chillun who were most likely conceived there.
