Old School Dirt Drags for pre-'65 traditional rods, customs, and motorcycles return to the site of the historic old dirt airstrip west of Monte Vista, Colorado on June 2, 3, & 4, 2023. In addition to three days of on-track action, there will be a car show, vendors, food, entertainment, and more. There will be a block party downtown Saturday night along with a slow cruise for participants. This event is being presented by SLV FAST FRIENDS, a local group of gearheads who have been raising money for local children's causes, some of them for thirty-five years. All proceeds after expenses will be donated to the San Luis Valley 4-H foundation to benefit kids Valley-wide.
