  6. The Durachrome Bug... They ever get this car to run straight. If (That's a BIG if these days) my memory is correct it was all over the place... and usually he lifted at ~half track. I do remember it making a few good runs, but not often.

    I'm sure they must have gotten it straightened out at some point because it was pretty popular. Ha, maybe that's why it was popular, because it was so squirrelly. :eek::eek:

    Rick funny because that pictures was on my blog and the other one with stutt bee too ..;)
    i've tons of vw gassers pictures , still looking after new one like the inch pincher one ,
    it's pretty rare to see new pictures , i've spent a lot of time on funny car and other drag racing web site to found some new picture

    Dean Lowery was the first to drive the Inch Pincher if I recall correctly. Then went off on his own some time later.

    yes dean drove the inch pincher and after left EMPI to have is owne company named Deano Dyno Soar aka DDS in SANTA ANA

    OK guys.
    This is the only way I know to post this only pic of the Norris Bros. AA/F #440 in action.
    I took a pic with my phone of a printout of a pic from, I'm thinking 1970, Dallas International. The skinny kid on the far right is me.
    Someone know how to clock this bloody thing!?!

    I'm positive the second photo is the same car....Green painted roll bar,same sponsor lettering,etc.
