    who makes a good dove tail for 1929 ford roadster door. I bought a set from a known source and they don't even come close to working
     
  2. The last set I bought for a Model A was probably 30 years ago and most likely made in the States.

    I got them from Smith & Jones restoration in Columbia ,S.C.

  3. Why not tell us who sells/makes the bad ones - otherwise this is just wasted space and the perp just keeps pushing crap off on us!

    Originals are not that hard to find and I am pretty sure that all model As used the same ones.

    The ones I got were from Macs. No way they are going to fit.

    Mac ain't at Mac's any more...Mac's is now part of 'the group'. (seeing how nobody's name dropping)

    Mac has left 'the building'.
