    Hi,
I have an old set of wheels made by ET, called their 'Don Garlits' wheel. The wheels are 16"x13", are spun aluminum, and have 8 holes in them...pattern is 5x5". I've had them for years, and was wondering if anybody knows anything about them. I've only seen one other set of these wheels (in a picture in an old Hot Rod magazine of Garlits standing by one of his dragsters). Any info or history on these wheels would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks, Doug

here's a few pics of the wheels/tires holding up one of our anglia bodies...i don't have any 'straight on' pictures, but you can kinda see what they look like.

16x13" was the common size for T/F and FunnyCars. Those wheels would have some value to anyone restoring an old (70's) race car.

These were a wheel we made by taking 2 spun halfs and furnas brazing them together, these were done prior to the centerline rivited wheels. They were made for Garlits and there is a set of fronts in the musuem on one of the swamp rats.
