Don from Rebel Wire is the BEST customer service!!

I just installed a rebel wire 9+3 harness in my 50 Merc. I ran into several things and called Don on the phone and he spent the time to walk me through the problems every time and never got annoyed. I bought this kit from one of his dealers and not directly from him.

I was just very impressed my his help and wanted to share.

 

I like hearing of good customer service , and products these threads are the ones that bring in new customers to vendors

 

I bought my harness from RebelWire a few years ago and they were great then too! The one fella(I'm sorry I forget his name) was eating supper when I called and when I apologized and told him I'd call later and hung up-he called me back to help!
That is great customer service!
