There was a guy years ago who years ago created the woodpecker image and then tried to sue everyone who showed a picture of any woodpecker online. In did not matter that the other woodpeckers images looked nothing like is in anyway.

With the Bob's Big Boy image I do not see any problem with either image
They each look similar but certainly not the same.

I remember the Big Boy's at Shoney's back in the 70's. Haven't seen one in years. Don't see many Shoney's anymore either, they have closed most of them down.

 

Always go to the Shoney's in Virginia when I am at the Arlington National Cemetery and the D.C. area. About every other year.
