  3. Wow, Andrew!!! What a thread! It's workin' on a few levels. First is the build itself, saving a car with a "pedigree". Then we're treated to the "Big A Show", an extremely entertaining monolog presented with little or no ego. Then we discover the "first-time syndrome" and marvel at your enthusiasm and newly found abilities. All combine to create an amazingly inspirational story. You, sir, are what the HAMB is all about, thanks for allowing us to watch and learn.

Does we need another build? Yes!
    To inspiration for me anyhow.
I'm about to start fixing some of the same rust repairs as your's:)
See you made alot of sheetmetal, really nice work!
But did you make or buy the rear fender panels?

  9. Larry, now you know why I haven't picked up a paint brush or made it to an event (other than the HAMB Drags) in over a year! Got my hands full, but I'm going to need to do some striping on this one eventually so I'll get back in practice soon.

Fenderless, I can only make flat stuff :D The rear patch panels, rear tailpan and rockers are all EMS, bought at Mac's. I'm lucky to live about 40 minutes away from Mac's so I can bomb over the border on a Saturday morning to pick up parts and still be in the shop by 9am.

  10. It's looking great brotherman!! That's a great read. Man you've come long way. Bad ASS

    Holy crap!

You need a pat on the back for your effort. Most guys would have lost interest and melted down by now.

    Great job!!!
