Sweet deal! Let me know what i can do to help! And if you look closely at k32t's tri-power and you can see how the dies were off each air cleaner doesn't match the other in a way.

Most of the ones I've seen were from Cal Custom---they offered them in many flavors

Cal Custom also offered just the inserts which worked great with Badger and some of the other air cleaners on the market.

That is where the band overlaps and is spot welded together to complete the circle.

Why not just draft up a pattern like the "V8" symbol on a '34 Ford hubcap? Now THAT would make for a cool design on an air cleaner filter!

I think the one at the Bay went that high because it was posted here. I would have still made a run at it but I was outside chipping away at 1/4" of ice so I could get to the store.:( My ultimate dream is to have 6 for a killer 6X2 setup. Que sera.

I like your idea on the hubcap V8 symbol and how it may have been the post on here that may have jacked it up.. But oh well I'm sure i'll find more cheaper as i have been doing with many other parts!
I'm sick of the snow and freezing as well here in Nebraska=[

I wanted 6 also for my 6X2 set up because i believe it would look pretty traditional and sick!
