Customs Does any body know what this bumper fits?

I have had this rear bumper for 3 years. I have looked at allot of cars can't find a match last time it was licensed was 1951. Any help would be appreciated.

I could use that aluminum 51 tab on the plate...if you don't need it....

 

1938 Buick front bumper? dressed up with a few aftermarket doodads, lowrider special.

After a second look, close but no cigar. HRP

 

It is a 41 Packard, Is it for sale? Could use some parts from it.....
