I picked up this thing from a friend. It'll be my daily, but needs heavy rust repair. Nice build.

Latest news is that KSNPVMT has sold the subject of this thread to a friend in the So Cal area. The new owner posted on Moparts about the van.
Sad to see it still unfinished and moving on, but here's hoping the new owner will take it to the finish line!
In more personal news, I've restarted my own 66 A-100 project. It recently got blasted and I'm sanding the bare panels in prep for priming. 4 doors done, 2 to go, then on to the body.
Once this is done and I've welded in the patches, it's off to my painter friend for working out the remaining waves and dents.
I'll probably help on the blocking, 'cause I want this thing STRAIGHT!I still need to figure out the interior, the current thought is to have smooth insides, with a bit of inspiration from Sid Mead's mid-century futuristic vision.

Seeing pics of this van around the web (the white one) got me so obsessed, I went out and bought one of my own to fix up (or down is more like it). I'm not as ambitious on how much I want to drop mine, but there is no denying this thing is kick ass and is a heck of an inspiration.
