Thanks. The show was just great- simply well done. The cars are tops, the bands are killer, & the location has a really cool vibe. I have to admit- I was not sold on Camp Mabry in '11. Probably a combonation of the loss of the power plant venue, & inclimate weather conditions for a native South Texan. But sonuvabich, this year was perfect. Now all I have to do is start introducing myself to some of the HAMB members that I actually recognize. Shit, I was near Ryan half a dozen times while he was roaming the grounds with his camera- I never said a word. About the only member I talk to in person is usually Denise at the Roundups.
2011 was a little rough with the cold but this year was perfect. Yes 2010 was pretty damn cool but Camp Mabry with the retired fighter jets and the trains pulling up the Mopac line is right in there. This event rules. I wouldn't know what to say to Ryan except "thanks"
