i have been searchin every where for disc brake set ups for a 1930 chevy.. i bought a big block for it cause i couldent find a 348/409 for it.. and i didnt think anything but disc would stop it.. anyone have any sites... where can i find an after market staight axle.. its not a crazy big block... maybe just rear disc brakes... like jimmy white.. or the guy who owns the purple people eater of the shifters..... is there any other options? -RoadsterRod
I have been researching the same thing. Plowboy has a setup from www.speedwaymotors.com This is where I am getting mine. I am going with new spindles (49-54 chevy car-I think). For some extra money they can machine the spindles to fit the disc. Hope this helps!
